The chimney anti-corrosion project for the Indonesian Weda Bay Units 12-14 (3x380MW) involves a concrete chimney with single steel flue, with 150m height and an outlet diameter of 9.4m. Utilizing Pennguard Block Lining System, this project guarantees a maintenance-free service life of 30 years.

Hengyi Industrial (Brunei) PMB Petrochemical Project (Completed)
The self-owned power plant of Hengyi Industrial (Brunei) PMB Petrochemical Project comprises a total of five 380t/h boilers and two chimneys. Chimney No. 1 serves three boilers, and Chimney No. 2 serves two boilers. Each chimney is 100 m tall with a 4-meter outlet diameter, and the ash platform’s elevation is 19.3 m.

Bangladesh Payra Thermal Power Plant (2*660MW) Project (completed)
NEPC’s Payra Coal-fired Power Plant Phase I in Bangladesh has 2X660MW units, and is equipped with seawater desulfurization without GGH. The FGD flue gas temperature is at 41℃. Completed in 2020, this project has required no maintenance by far.

Hubei Sanning Chemical Plant Project (Completed)
Basic Information
The chimney structure is a single-flue concrete chimney, with an inner diameter of 7.5 meters at the top, an inner diameter of about 14.25 meters at an elevation of 13.61 meters, and a surface area of the inner cylinder of the concrete chimney of 5,000 square meters.
Operating condition
After dust removal, the hot flue gas goes through FGD by ammonia method (wet method). The desulfurized flue gas then enters the chimney and is discharged. The flue gas temperature is around 55°C.

Jiangxi Jimin Credit Waste Energy Power Plant Project (Completed)
Basic Information
The new unit comprises 4X130T/H boilers. The chimney structure is a self-supported steel chimney, standing at a height of 101m with an inner outlet diameter of 3.2m.
Operating condition
Using the limestone-gypsum WFGD process, when the desulfurization facilities of the unit are operating normally, the designed flue gas temperature is about 50°C. During accident conditions, the flue gas temperature may reach 140°C.

Our Experience
CLP Guangxi Fangchenggang Power Chimney Lining Renovation Project (Completed)
The first phase of this project installs 2×660MW supercritical units, with two R.C. chimneys, each with twin steel flues. Originally, the steel inner flues were coated with anti-corrosion paint. Each unit is equipped with one chimeny. Standing at 210m tall, the chimney shell’s outlet diameter is 16.6m and each of two steel flue’s outlet diameter is 6.5m. FGD employs limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization, reducing the post-desulfurization flue gas temperature to approximately 50°C.
